The SECOND step to a
Great Web site is to have a great place to host it.
An AWESOME Web site does nobody any good if it cannot be managed easily, or if
the server it is on is slow, or experiences lots of "down" time. It is a
BLESSING to have an Internet Presence Provider (IPP) that not only hosts your
site, put provides a full range of Web services such as domain name
registration, domain parking, domain name auctions, etc. - all under ONE "roof".
GoDaddy is
such an IPP. Net4Truth / Telson USA Web Enterprises currently hosts over two
dozen sites on GoDaddy.
Again, my Internet experience goes back to the days of the ARPANET (forerunner
of the Internet), and so I know from whence I speak. I have used over a dozen
IPPs since I've had sites on the Internet (since1992), and
GoDaddy is the most
professional, easy to use, and most comprehensive Web Services company I've
found. My sites are NEVER down (they are monitored every 30 minutes by an
automated notification service), and any question I might have has always been
answered competently and completely by their (U.S. - based) technical support.
Whenever I call GoDaddy,
I NEVER get somebody in India or Pakistan who I need an interpreter to
understand, and any problem I have is INSTANTLY addressed as if I were the only
customer they had. It's hard to imagine a better company to deal with, and their
prices are UNBEATABLE.
Although
GoDaddy has an affiliate program where you
get paid to refer customers, it costs you to become an affiliate.
