Who is the Infidel? Pretty inclusive – all Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, Atheists Agnostics and ANYONE who is not Muslim. According to Islam, the entire non Muslim world should be destroyed.

"But God hath cursed them (the Jews) for their unbelief. Few only of them are believers!" Koran, Surah 4:40.

"Believers! Wage war against such of the infidels as are your neighbors, and let them find you rigorous; and know God is with those who fear him." Koran, Surah 9:120.

Do we still have Free Speech in the USA? We don’t at the Holiday Inn on West 57th Street in Manhattan. It is against that hotel’s rules to talk freely about the Koran.

On July 24, 2007, I was in the hotel gym locker room when I was confronted by hotel security with a flyer I wrote entitled "Quotes from the Koran." (See  above) I was asked by hotel security if I was the author of the flyer and when I said "Yes" I was expelled from the gym and physically escorted out of the hotel by hotel security and evicted from the building. This was done for no reason other then that I am the author of the flyer and a Muslim personal trainer saw the flyer and was offended. All the verses on the flyer are direct and precise quotes from the Muslim holy book. Why should a Muslim be offended by the words of his Prophet? Hotel security was very rude and extremely aggressive as was the GM of the Holiday Inn, Edward Cecala when I complained to him about my eviction and mistreatment by his hotel personal.

I was harassed, mortified and publicly humiliated by Holiday Inn security. I am seeking legal action to protect my Civil Rights. This is an important, vital and extremely high profile "free speech" case. What happened to me at the Holiday Inn could happen to anyone and is a very dangerous threat to all Americans’ Civil Liberties and Freedoms! This story needs to be covered.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t it start JUST exactly like this in Nazi Germany in the 1930’s?

I had advised Mr. Peters to go to the Manhattan County Clerk's Office, ask for the Law Library, and obtain assistance from the clerk in filing a NOTICE OF INTENT under Title 42, USC § 1983 - A civil lawsuit alleging violation of the Constitutional Right to Free Speech and Freedom of Religion. I offered to serve the papers upon the hotel management, and have the notification-in-person recorded on digital video. We will see whether Holiday Inn decides to take the case to trial, or settle out-of-court.
