INSPECTOR GENERAL INVESTIGATION

Obtain the full text of the Department of Veteran's Affairs Inspector General report of case # 2001-HL-0066, and report # 01-00290-22 Dated October 31, 2001 - an investigation into The Veteran's Residential Therapeutic Program at Groveland Correctional Facility in SONYEA, New York. Included with the report is my analysis of the data based on first-hand knowledge.

If you or anyone you know has been involved in a "Veteran's Program" in a New York prison, the incarcerated person may be denied parole solely for the purpose of keeping these programs full and thus fully funded.

You may request your own copy of the report from Richard Griffin, Esq., Department of Veteran's Affairs, Washington, DC.
