    If you or anyone you know has been involved in a "Veteran's Program" or "Veteran's Residential Therapeutic Program" (VRTP) in New York State, and particularly at Groveland Correctional Facility, SONYEA, NY, you may want to request an original copy of the above report from the Inspector General of the Department of Veteran's Affairs. I have made this easy for you to do by preparing the FOIL request letter in different word processor formats. You must then type in your name, print the letter, sign it and mail it.

    To see the report and my analysis of that report now, all you have to do is click on the link below for your particular word processor. When you do, it will start the appropriate program and send you the document.
