Lady Liberty I saw you cry
As you watched your children die,
How hard it was for you to stand
And watch the Muslim terrorists attack our land,
Your innocent children's violent death
Has taken away your breath.
Jealous of us, are they, Lady Liberty
For they know that we are free,
They hate what you represent;
Our liberty and glory they resent,
Oh, the symbol that you are:
Ambassador of the fifty stars!
In Liberty and freedom we will always rejoice;
For this you stand our nation's united voice,
Let freedom ring; for this we fight -
It is our God-given right,
As you stand, so shall we;
The torch you hold represents our victory.
When we go to war, it is justice we seek;
Lovers of peace, the blunderers mistook us for weak.
There is no greater fury than that of the just;
As our currency says, "In God We trust".
Never again! Lady Liberty; not another tear,
Let justice usher in the future years.
Your flame will represent God's light,
It will always burn - Oh, so bright!
May peace and prosperity be restored,
And America blessed forever by the Lord.
May the martyred souls of the unprovoked terrorist attack of 9-11-01 be with their Heavenly Father for all eternity, and may their families and friends find comfort in this knowledge.
