Chemical and
Biological Weapons Used In Vietnam
See our "tribute" to Agent
Orange
Note: Below is a list of chemical
agents (herbicides, insecticides, rodenticides and fungicides) found
in a document, which I accessed within a research of records in the
County Clerk’s office of MDL-381, (The Agent Orange Litigation).
My subsequent FOIA requests
to the U.S. Air Force (PACAF) concerning the materials contained
this list proved futile. It should be noted here that the United
States exempted itself from the Agent Orange lawsuit, citing the
Feres Doctrine as its basis for not become a party to the Agent
Orange litigation. The government that poisoned its entire army
refused to accept culpability for its malevolence in the Vietnam
herbicide program. – Ron D. Rossani
