Florida: Thirty people gathered at
Ben Siegel Reptile Store in Deerfield
Beach Florida ( 40 miles north of Miami) to participate in one of the
stupidest contests I have ever heard of in my 61 years on this planet.
These Assholes got together to see who could eat the most (live)
cockroaches. Edward Archbold, 32, of West Palm Beach

You read that
right, folks! Great material for a Web site that deals with the Assholes
that are all around us! This all goes to show that we have it too good
in this country.... I mean, some starving kids in India would probably
love to have a few live roaches to eat! And there are
morbidly obese people who could stand to
be on a roach diet for a couple of months.
Listen.... (I mean
READ).... How can thirty people be so fuckin' stupid, that they turn up
at a reptile store with the intent of ingesting one of the most
disgusting fuckin' bugs in America. Oh yeah

medical examiners to know what killed this dipshit? What did Herbert
Spencer call it?
Social Darwinism. In short, stupid people do stupid things that
cause them to die sooner than the rest of us. Nature's "Natural
Selection" to weed out the inferior brains. Now while I don't
believe that Man
"evolved" from rocks, but this example goes to the evidentiary proof
that lack of grey matter and / or lack of common sense will cause you to
"sleep with the rocks" a lot faster than those of us with
Mensa IQs. Therefore, paraphrasing
from the Bible in Psalms 4:7a: "Wisdom
is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom...."
I think it is safe to conclude that 'wisdom' dictates that in the King
James vernacular, "One who eateth live
cockroaches is a fool indeed. He shalt surely die".
BTW – I can't wait to see if this story makes it
to "1,000 Ways To
Now, while people
all over the world
– particularly in countries in Southeast Asia –
eat all sorts of bugs, and consider them a "delicacy" (if you think
roaches are gross – you should see what they eat in South Vietnam!).
