        PC Forensics

    The author of this web site has been working in the computer field since 1969. He was a Cryptographic Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force. and has been on the Internet since the days of the ARPANET - A Veteran Customer Engineer with IBM from 1973 to 1996, he has experience on all computer equipment from PCs to Mainframes. Specializing in IBM check processing equipment, roll-fed laser printers and data recovery, Mr. Todeschini has assisted in the investigation and recovery of data from Personal Computers for both business and legal purposes. He has written instruction manuals for Law Enforcement Organizations which are used by many LEOs worldwide. Mr. Todeschini is available for consultation where there is a time-dependant investigation into crimes in which a computer may be involved - especially Internet abductions and "missing persons" cases. Often, data recovered from a Personal Computer can result in swift resolution of such cases. Consultations are absolutely confidential, and are held sacrosanct under the counseling agreement. NO DISCLOSURE of the consultation is made to anyone under any circumstances.

FOIL (Freedom Of Information Law) Request

    A short tutorial on how to use the Freedom of Information Laws (FOIL / FOIA) to request information from a government agency, or from an organization doing business with a government agency. Provides sample letter and a form letter in different word processor formats that you can bring up merely by clicking a link on the page.

 

Pastoral Counseling

    WebPastor David Todeschini has seen and experienced the damage done by domestic violence, abuse of all sorts, and particularly the contamination of cases of spiritual trauma inflicted by who he calls "Hick-Farmer Sigmund Freud Wannabes".
