CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION
INTO THE ATTACKS ON 9-11-2001

We the undersigned, hereby petition the
United States Congress to commission a full, independent, professional Crime
Scene Investigation of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center
and the Pentagon, for the purpose of determining who was actually responsible
for the attacks, who was complicit in the attacks, who gave their tacit consent
for the attacks to proceed, and to determine the precise method used to fell the
World Trade Center towers and Building #7, and to demand the
declassification and immediate release of all heretofore
unreleased documents and sealed testimony given to the (former) 9-11
Commission.
We petition the United States Congress to IMMEDIATELY do the following:
1. Convene a NEW Investigative body, hereafter
called “Independent CSI Commission”, which is to be overseen by a panel of
ordinary citizens willing to serve in this capacity, comprised of forensic
professionals, explosives experts, arson investigators, architects, criminal
investigators, detectives, and NY City Law Enforcement, as well as
representatives from the media and independent news sources, advocacy groups,
victim’s families, and other concerned individuals.
2. Subpoena all heretofore “sealed” testimony given to the 9-11 Commission as
material evidence in the crime of PREMEDITATED MURDER,
and make such testimony and the identity of the witnesses available to the New
York State Attorney General who has jurisdiction over crimes committed in New
York City.
3. Rescind all “gag orders” and threats of retaliation / imprisonment against
all witnesses who have testified before the 9-11 Commission.
4. Take appropriate measures to protect said witnesses against sanctions or
retaliations for their testimony.
5. Subpoena all records and call all witnesses willing to testify before the
9-11 Commission who were prevented from doing so, to testify before the new
Independent CSI Commission.
6. Subpoena into evidence all remaining debris from the World Trade Center crime
scene, and recall any remaining structural steel for forensic examination.
7. Rescind all “blocks” on Freedom Of Information Act” petitions, requests, or
lawsuits which were previously denied on grounds of “National Security”.
8. Subpoena all insurance company records of Mr. Larry Silverstein and
Silverstein Properties, Inc. into evidence as motive for complicity in the 9-11
crimes.
As the CRIMES of ARSON,
MURDER, TREASON, and other crimes have been
committed in the Jurisdiction of New York, we demand that the case investigation
be turned over to the NY State Attorney General, and he is to be given complete
control of the Independent CSI Commission investigation, with special powers to
arrest and detain any suspects, to extradite them, or do whatever is necessary
to ensure their capture.
We DEMAND a FULL, IMPARTIAL, and TRUTHFUL investigation into the 9-11 crimes,
and DEMAND that the perpetrators, their co-conspirators, agents, provocateurs
and anyone having prior knowledge of these intended criminal acts be
ARRESTED and charged with
MASS-MURDER and TREASON against the United
States of America, and if found guilty by a jury of New York Citizens,
to be hanged in accordance with the Uniform Code of
Military Justice (UCMJ) as it applies to the crime of
TREASON in time of WAR.
We demand a FULL investigation into the parties or firms trading in “PUT
OPTIONS”, who profited from the fall of United and American Airlines stock.
We demand a FULL ACCOUNTING of all recovery efforts, and an inventory of all
items of value – including all the precious metals (gold and silver) recovered
from vaults in the WTC basements and sub-basements with full disclosure to the
Independent CSI Commission.
We also hereby DEMAND that the USA Patriot Act and
all of its components, supporting laws and legislations be summarily rescinded
and declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and all persons
being held in custody under such laws or legislation be IMMEDIATELY RELEASED
into the custody of the New York State Attorney General, who will review the
evidence against them in a timely manner, and determine whether or not there is PROBABLE CAUSE to
detain them further.
We DEMAND that all law-abiding citizens who have been unjustly detained,
arrested, or imprisoned under the USA Patriot Act be fully compensated for their
ordeal.
We hereby also DEMAND that those involved with the cover-up of the fact that the
TOXIC DEBRIS of the WTC collapse posed an immediate risk to the health of rescue
workers and residents / workers be ARRESTED and charged with
RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT and
CONSPIRACY TO OBSTRUCT JUSTICE.
We hereby also demand that anyone complicit in the
COVER-UP of any information that would have led to the
IMMEDIATE ARREST of those responsible – either
directly or indirectly – for the 9-11 attacks, be ARRESTED
and charged with CONSPIRACY to commit
TREASON, OBSTRUCTION OF
JUSTICE, and PERJURY.
We hereby petition the Congress of the United States to declare a
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE, and remove any and all
restrictions on the prosecution of criminals associated in any way – either by
omission or commission – in the 9-11 attacks, including the
suspension of any legal “technicality” such as the tolling
of the STATUTE of LIMITATIONS associated
with non-capital crimes, which would prevent the prosecution of criminals who
have committed the “lesser” offenses such as perjury or obstruction of justice,
et al. in order that the criminals are not served by their own crime of
obfuscation of the truth.
Furthermore, we DEMAND that any and all profits and
ill-gotten gains by individuals or companies that directly or indirectly resulted from
the 9-11 attacks, including the war profits made by
Halliburton, Oil windfalls gained by Exxon,
and all other military contractors, insurance premium hikes in NYC for
businesses quartered in NY City, be summarily seized and
returned to the taxpayers.
We DEMAND that the QUALIFIED IMMUNITY of any and
all politicians, prosecutors, public servants, and others who would be protected
against PERSONAL LAWSUITS because of their positions in government,
be rescinded under “Special Circumstances”.
Furthermore, we DEMAND an IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWL of
all troops, and all military presence in the Middle-East. We DEMAND that border
security of a meaningful nature be established, illegal
aliens be DEPORTED at their own country’s expense, and the
“Office of Homeland Security” be summarily abolished. |
